Any Day Now, Any Day Now ...

When does the deflation start?
 David Goldman / CNNMoney:
Two recession warning signs are here  —  Economist: Housing weakness is a red flag  —  Housing and rates are worrying some economists that a recession is looming.  —  “One of the biggest concerns is the housing market,” said Lindsey Piegza, chief economist for Stifel, on CNNMoney's “Markets Now” live show Wednesday.
How could this happen again? Piegza believes that a decade of rock-bottom interest rates helped people forget about the dangers of borrowing too much.

"I don't know if we learned our lesson from the Great Recession," she said. "We are going back to a lot of the easy lending that we used to see."
You stupid jerks. Can't fucking wait until the rest of you are on the streets.
