Judge Says All Herpes Claims Against Usher Will be Tried Here
The claims of all three plaintiffs in a lawsuit alleging Usher is responsible for their herpes diagnoses will be heard in Los Angeles Superior Court, a judge ruled Friday in denying a defense motion to force one of the plaintiffs to bring her case in another state.
Judge Michelle Williams Court said that because the R&B singer has a residence in California, he is subject to having the woman’s claims heard against him in this state.

Son of Ryan O'Neal, Farrah Fawcett is charged with attempted murder
The son of actor Ryan O’Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett was charged Friday with attempted murder and assault in what police called a series of violent and unprovoked attacks in Venice Beach and Palms.
In the most serious incidents, Redmond James O’Neal allegedly stabbed a man in the side near the Venice boardwalk on May 4, then later that night stabbed another man, inflicting serious wounds and cuts to his face, neck and upper body, police said.
