San Francisco Bay Area Experiences Mass Exodus Of Residents  —  SAN JOSE (KPIX 5) - The number of people packing up and moving out of the Bay Area just hit its highest level in more than a decade.  —  Carole Dabak spent 40 years living in San Jose and now she's part of the mass exodus that is showing no signs of slowing down.
Note well, Bay Area chumps: I got out 45 yrs. ago, & am now grandfathered in here; there's no room for you. Go fuck up the Pacific Northwest.

    The hippies and their ilk all live in the north bay now and we're not going anywhere, if only because there's nowhere else in the Bay Area left to go anymore. Not without robbing a bank anyway. My guess is most folks bailing now are doing so for that very reason- they're heading back home where rents, and food, and clothing are cheaper.... To which I say, "vaya con Dios, amigos".
