First Amendment Officially Dead;
It Was Killed By Technology

I have no idea where this country is going if the First Amendment has now been so curtailed that a simple prank call threatening to kill people is looked at as a big deal.
RELATED:
Rather obviously not a big deal, or why would our prank caller have been released on bail? Maybe it's an ignorance charge; aren't there modern ways to call someone & tell them they're marked for death w/o your call being traced?

Shit, remember when it took a movie-time eternity to trace a call, using the physical connections at the telco central office? Speech was free then, but now technology has taken it away, & we'll have to resort to weapons again.
