You know, runoff:
As previously whined, this was the sixth time in a yr. I've been forced (at gunpoint) to make political decisions. When rain or snow falls onto the earth, it just doesn't sit there, it starts moving according to the laws of gravity. A portion of the precipitation seeps into the ground to replenish Earth's groundwater. Most of it flows downhill as runoff.
At least I don't live in winner Gomez's Assembly district.
The grim responsibility of voting doesn't weigh as heavily on my neighbors:
The district has notoriously low turnout, and the first round saw fewer than 15% of registered voters participating.
