Street Where I Lived

Once lived in an unheated dump in the 3500 block of Effie Street, the same (& the sunny) side as this remodel in the 3600 blk.
Note "gentrification fence".
At street level is a garage but who needs a car when Sunset Junction is just blocks away? Walk to the farmer’s market, coffee shops, and tons of great restaurants, shops and nightlife. Silver Lake living doesn’t get much better than this.
Don't believe the hype: There's a two-block hump up a San Francisco-worthy hill to get to Effie St. from Sunset Bl., & the closest thing to a supermarket w/in walking distance is the 99¢ Only Store. (U.S.$849.000.00)
