A "target-rich environment", to use the language of industrialized murder the police & military so love.

And when the hell did "turnabout is fair play" become invalid? About the time the tables turned on the police?

    According to The Guardian, the only reason there wasn't mass rioting in Baltimore last night was because the Bloods and Crips came out and made everybody go home.

    Which is a WTF moment. When the Bloods and Crips are better at maintaining order in the neighborhoods than the cops are, why the fuck are we paying cops, again? Oh yeah, to make sure nobody shoplifts at teh CVS pharmacy, LOL.
