Police Terror Continues
Two bicycle officers lurking along Western Ave. today, ticketing surprised motorists.
And a supervisor type next to a parked patrol car who was doing something to a Loading Zone Only sign w/ his whip-it-out baton. Didn't want to take pix of whatever he was up to, one blow w/ the stick & it's good-bye camera.
