I think you're missing the ball on this one, MB. I LOVE me some congestion pricing. When parking is scarce, make it more expensive. When there's a glut, make it cheap. Same with expensive black car ride sharing. What NY ought to do (it's often discussed) is put up toll gates all around the city. When there's a lot of traffic, make it expensive to drive in the city. When the streets are deserted, make it cheap. There's no fundamental 'right' to a given price - pricing is how you even out demand spikes, and everybody wins....
You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to have an attorney present while you are commenting. If you cannot afford an attorney, you are "Shit Outta Luck" (SOL). Anything you type here can & may be used against you in a court of law or in a personal "beat-down" administered by a staff member or "associate" of this "web log."
