NB: The person shot dead was a man threatening a woman w/ a knife, not a young non-white man fleeing a trigger-happy local Gestapo officer telling him what to do.

P.S.: What about Scotland? (Not to mention Northern Ireland, where Her Bleedin' Majesty also reigns.) Neither in the "Eng/Wales" police murder recap, but the cheap bastard Scots may only be saving ammo.
