Two top commanders who oversaw hiring and training at the Los Angeles Fire Department have been reassigned after officials learned their sons advanced during a recruitment process that has come under scrutiny at City Hall. LATGreat, your safety in a fire compromised because of assholes who think the world & the taxpayers owe them a living. Gawd-damn Fire Department welfare queens!!
The solution to nepotism is pretty damn obvious: Mandatory sterilization for, well, for, as many damn people as can be trapped & snipped. That should be easy: Most Americans will wander into a box or a war w/o thinking two moves ahead. Put some high fructose corn syrup, some lard & something shiny, loud & vulgar in the box & you'll have them all. Although the history of American fire dep'ts. indicates most firefighters should be snipped & only orphans should be hired.

News of the reassignments came as some City Hall lawmakers called for immediate reforms of the LAFD hiring process, in part citing the proportion of new hires with connections to the Fire Department.
