That pit's been a parking lot next to what passes for a skyscraper here for my forty-one yrs. spent Hollywood-adjacent, so it's almost a miracle anything's happening to it. (Slums of the future? Probably.)
And c'mon, "Beauty?" Even local sunsets are the result of pollution. All about glorifying the ugly here.
