Food Desert No. 1

We've never given five secs. of thought to which U.S. city sucks the most, in food or any other category (Too subjective, too many "cities," too many categories, too much suck.) but we certainly aren't surprised a real estate website has determined it's San Bernardino (almost always called "San Ber'doo," at least by honkies, Okies & other interlopers) a speedbump of 200,000+ (13% of whom were out of work in April 2013) somewhere east of us on the Christopher Columbus/Rosa Parks Transcontinental Highway.

This song was not intended to be humorous.(Ha ha, Los Angeles comes in at 48th worst of the 100 most populous 'Merkin cities.Everything everywhere sucks. Hard.)

Another reason to be glad you don't live in Texas: Five of the ten suckiest cities are in that benighted state.

Stolen from laist, who also reported that San Ber'doo was ranked seventh most promiscuous settlement in these United Snakes two yrs. ago.
CBS News reports that San Diego slid into the list at #9, while San Bernadino eased it's way on at #7. Our neighbors to the north made an impressive showing as well: San Francisco is the 5th most promiscuous city in the country, and Portland is #1 (of course -- get a job, Portland).
Dago's a dump too.

  3. The criteria were all trendy bullshit for yuppie types. Food trucks? Caterers?

We were surprised at ice cream & candy shops being a criterion. And we still remember when a "food truck" was correctly known as a "roach coach." They're catered to in every other way; you don't expect those people to cook, do you?

There is worse weather than San Diego.
