Sidewalk Obstruction
Every so often (probably not often enough) one of these pops up on the Walk of Fame.
Are there no laws? Yes there are. Forty yrs. ago this coming Labor Day this reporter was arrested for obstructing the sidewalk. (Fuck you, SFPD!) So where's John Law now? Why is this shit excused? Will hypocrisy ever end?
