Blood in the sink again.
Mondays just blow, even if one hasn't had a job in almost seven yrs.

ReplyDeleteAlso, don't succumb to scurvy, old chum (I'm being serious, I know a girl whose sister had it due to an "all oatmeal" diet). Consider taking an occasional "Flintstones" vitamin (I always wanted to eat Wilma, oral cancer risks be damned).

Anyway, the U.S. gummint (& the State of California before the U.S.) has decided this reporter is a crazy person who will murder bosses or parents at the drop of a hat (or anything else, really, just try it) so they give us money to stay calm & away from our oppressors.
And your editor managed to be homeless, which qualified him for housing subsidization. (Only had to lose virtually everything we ever owned & sleep in a park for most of 2008.) Otherwise we'd still be homeless, or housed but living on beans & typing this crap from the library, rents & disability payments being what they are.
(Only a little over 10,000 posts here, y'know, some of them very short; there's no excuse not to catch up w/ the full story, often told as it happened.*)
