    they said it was outside of the Dome. So, although they spent $450 million of public money to fix up the Superdome and rinse out the stench of the poors, the problem originated with the third world crappy decaying infrastructure.

    Although perhaps now the wealthy have been inconvenienced, someone might decide spending a little bit of free money on the infrastructure could be useful?
