Jeter was practically written-off until this year, when he miraculously recovered his game and put together a vintage season. Translation: he started juicing, probably with HGH, or with stem cell therapies available overseas. He convinced himself that he was in his prime again and forgot that he has the bones of an aging professional athlete. Ouch is right.
