    In a sane world mikey would be writing at The NYT or some such place. We'll bet he goes over his output at least once or twice. (Hell, we polish our short & mostly juvenile turds many, many times before they see the light of the Internet, & often after they've been published.)

    Probably indicates how little respect McArdle has for herself & what she types; the true artist is interested in all their output, including doody & whatever we pick from our nose(s).
