The proportion of gonorrhoea cases with resistance to the antibiotic recommended to treat the disease, cefixime, rose from 4 percent in 2009 to 9 percent in 2010.
The ECDC report follows a warning from the World Health Organisation that virtually untreatable forms of drug-resistant gonorrhoea were spreading around the world.

ReplyDeleteWe create a condition where EVERY bacteria is made more robust and resistant to all mainstream antibiotics because we fucking WASH OUR COUNTERS WITH ANTIBIOTICS and we don't take our full prescriptions and we take antibiotics for Viruses and because we have a fucking goddam tummy ache, fer crissakes, and then we only even NOW notice the problem we've created when it comes to the clap.
