Dunno if they're using an old copy of the Internet or what, but most of the spam here is for wks.-old items, so we moderate comments on anything over 10 days old, & mark it as spam in Gmail.
And to disclose fully, we were getting them despite verification.
No choice: Google/Bugger made the filter harder. Tech-savvy web logs, however, can dispense w/ verification entirely.
Next move here: Comments via JSKit/Halo/Echo or whatever the fucking hell they call it!
You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to have an attorney present while you are commenting. If you cannot afford an attorney, you are "Shit Outta Luck" (SOL). Anything you type here can & may be used against you in a court of law or in a personal "beat-down" administered by a staff member or "associate" of this "web log."
