You say Traxx is open. When? Every time I've been in Union Station, it looks pretty much like your photograph -- the lights are on, but nobody's there.

The actual restaurant, who knows?
(Oh, we do. Investigation indicates TRAXX is open for lunch, then closed until dinner, & dark Sundays.)
