DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES —It's been a busy week for detectives at LAPD's Central Division. Police are investigating a pair of unrelated homicides that occurred Downtown this week, one at 9th and Hill and the other inside a Volunteers of America facility on Skid Row.
This reporter was actually sent to the VofA
dumpfacility by an incompetent social worker/case manager. Good thing she was incompetent & we didn't stay there, but returned (After a long & pointless trip to/from hell & back, dragging bags w/ us.) to the relative safety of the city's western parks.
Friday morning, a foul odor led a manager at the residential facility at 622 S. Wall to find the body of a 47-year-old man who had been dead approximately three days. Detectives confirmed the man died of blunt force trama.
As we've never used the Chase ATM at 9th & Hill, it means little or nothing to us. If
you care, read
here.
