Coming Food Crisis

The president of the World Bank has warned that the world is "one shock away from a full-blown crisis".
All we know: A bag o'bagels (six) has gone from US$1.99 to $2.49 in the last few mos., & a doubtlessly downsized box of cereal is about the same as a gallon of gas (US$4.00).
