Two-Fisted Times Browsing

Update #2 (4:09 p.m.1609EDT): Readers who have surpassed the 20-article limit can also remove “?gwh=numbers” from the URL, clear their browser caches and/or switch browsers to get rid of the pop-up message and continue reading. Thanks for the tip, @yurivictor.
Thanks for the tip, Lauren Indvik.

And thanks for the extension, Wayne Eaker.

  1. Although why you would need more than 20 is open to question.

  2. Oh, people actually *want* to read the NYT?

Admittedly, I would miss the Krugmeister.

  3. They really didn't think this through.

Admittedly, I would miss the Krugmeister.

    He doesn't write 20 columns a month.

  4. Old Gray Editor Notes:

It took a looooooong time just to find 20 items we had the slightest interest in clicking, let alone reading, but we finally exceeded the limit.

The extension linked does away w/ all the crap, however.

Krugman does type a web log more or less daily even if he doesn't crank out a daily column, right?
