"Natural law," as the Pope & other disturbed individuals (Ambassador Alan Keyes comes to mind.) use it, is a lovely justification for just about anything religious fascists wish to impose.
In a letter addressed to the Catholic bishops of England and Wales, the pope praised Britain's "firm commitment to equality of opportunity for all".His Imperial Fucking Majesty then went on to complain about anti-natural British laws preventing parents from stoning their rebellious spawn to death, "while these same laws allow the wearing of cotton/poly blends, & criminalize relationships between Catholic men & boys."
However, he criticised UK legislation for creating "limitations on the freedom of religious communities to act in accordance with their beliefs".
