Inflated Telebision

As people who are actually paid (we're betting not as much as guessed) for public typing say, "expect light blogging." The management at the Neon Motel has installed a digital telebision set in the monastic cell whence we type, which may be distracting for a day or two.
Or not. The greatest result of this technological marvel seems to be an addition to the already infinite-seeming supply of infomercials, more Korean, Japanese & Chinese drama (not nearly enough of it w/ English sub-titles) at least two channels offering PBS quality (pablum for two-yr.-olds) animated programming for children, added channels for public television offerings too boring to have been shown on general broadcast before, & two local weather channels. Inflation at work.
