Cold War Continues
The Rooskies & the Chicoms are still our enemies & the enemies of democracy. Not that any form of government isn't an enemy of democracy. Not that democracy is worth it, considering the humanoids that might eventually attempt to practice it. Not a U. N. Security Council resolution amounts to a hill of beans, or a bucket of warm piss, or any other anything. Anywhere. At all.
