Not Ron Paul, Paul Tibbets
We used the "Sucky Google™ News Feed" to look for poop on Ron Paul, who's grubbing for money tomorrow. Nothing for Ron under "Paul." (We also have "Gravel" in the News feed. Guess what sort of stories appear?) Paul McCartney, yes. And this from CBS & Bob Schieffer, about Paul Tibbets, & his death. Aha, Bouff, after all the spelling and punctuation errors you've roasted other people for, you've finally made one yourself! That place where one parks airplanes is spelled "hangar", unlike like that thing you put your clothes on, which is spelled "hanger". But if you're like me, they just go from the dirty clothes basket to the clean clothes basket when washed, and back again once used.....

ReplyDeleteDamn!! The number of homonyms one commits while blogging is rather amazing, and they do get by once in a while. Of course the spell check was no help in this case.
Thanks for spotting this. Hell, we even went back to the item to add the self-referential links, but it's easy to ignore photo captions & other such isolated lines of text. Not an excuse, a reason.
We feel like Megan McArdle, though, & it's not a good feeling. (Actually, we feel like we think Megan McArdle should feel, but doesn't, as she has two-month old typos on display.)
