Falwell From Outside the Beltway
I obtained this Herblock cartoon (29 Oct., 1954) from the same place you can read about a regular guy's encounter w/ Jerry Falwell in 1980, and some other stuff.

The publisher thanks Google/Bugger for denecessitating verification. (Not that we need explain anything to anyone.)
I am just overcome at being called a "regular guy"! (Haven't heard that one in a while.)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link. Hope you enjoyed the Falwell post.
You're welcome. I wasn't implying you were dull, average, normal or anything like that, just that you weren't an inside the Beltway type, interviewing Falwell & being charmed by Falwell's oleaginity & being close to power.
ReplyDeleteHope my other two readers enjoy the post too.
