The question is not whither or no she can wear a tank top in public, but should she be seen in public in a tank top? And setting aside for the time being that once you've seen one bimbo, bottle blonde bobble-heading boob you've pretty much seen them all, proposes the question: just why would you want to wear a tank top in public, is the climate getting too warm?
