Cities To Avoid: Cleveland

So. A 12-yr. old w/ a pellet gun or whatever it was is plugged dead w/in seconds of a murdering pig driving up, but when there is actual danger Cleveland's finest are too busy pissing their wadded-up panties to hit a fuck-tuck-tucking thing:

At least they didn't hit everybody w/in range, perp or otherwise, like New York's finest. When the hell did this country get so turned around that everything is a sad fucking joke except Jerry Seinfeld, who is not so funny anymore?
