Further Shooting News:
Vigilantes' Victim Released

KTLA sez:
The gunman was described as a black man wearing a blue cap and jacket and carrying a backpack.

A man matching that description was take into custody for questioning a few blocks away. He was later released.
And KNBC. (Now w/ video.)
Also KABC. The inane elitist FOX drones of KTTV have yet to weigh in.

KCBS, which is the same operation as KCAL. (KCAL's version in the item below.)
Several hrs. before they can get their cars? Oh, that'll piss people off.
