Too Damn Late

Not sure why all the outrage over the bead-rattling mackerel-snappers & Joos of the SCOTUS allowing the forces of fascist repression to swab arrestees for a DNA sample.

Once it was decided that booking pictures & fingerprints could be taken from arrestees & concerned liberal attorneys didn't do shit to resist (Not a legal eagle; maybe there was resistance, but it didn't work, did it? From which we should all conclude that the system doesn't work, & probably never has. Except for certain groups.) the horse was out of the barn & several miles down the road to hell.

  1. What's outrageous is that Scalia's opinion was the right one.
