Today's History Lesson

Let that be a warning. To America.

  1. Oh! THC - The Hitler Channel. I get that one. In HD. Hitler Definition.

It's all Hitler, all the time. In between shows about Hitler's Bodyguards, Hitler's Housekeepers, Hitler's Astrologer, Hitler's Peccadilloes and Hitler's Underpants, there are commercials touting everything from Hitler Youth Commemorative Plates to motivational DVDs consisting of Hitler's Speeches!

And don't forget the related content - the Nostradamus tie-ins, the Leni Riefenstahl retrospectives and the careful analysis of the tanks and jet fighters of the Third Reich.

"Gardening Secrets of the Third Reich" was interesting, though not well received.

Too many corpses under the linden trees.

Nice country, huh ... until you take a closer look!

  5. LOL at narrator hyping how awful Germany's use of chemical warfare was in WW1 ... back when Winston Churchill was still Winnie, he thought Britannia's brand-new air force would be just tickety-boo & spiffy-do with which to "bomb niggers" with poison gas in Afghanistan.

Heh, & then let's also quietly skip over just what a totes hardcore USA fanboy ol' Adolf was: his favorite movie-star wasn't Marlene Dietrich, it was Tom Mix, one of his best industrialist brahs was Henry Ford ... & to Hitler the Drang Nach Osten was just a Euro-retcon of settling the Wild West & evicting uppity Injunz.

C'mon, all great nations have several faces. And at least two fists.
