Small world. Used to watch AW in the '60s (When we were supposedly being home-schooled.) About 1965 there was a story arc about an abortion trial, & we didn't even know what an abortion was.
Then in the later '70s our att'y. said he watched because it was vaguely based in the world of publishing, rather than on the doctors & lawyers who drove the stories in the other soaps, so we started watching again. Alas, employment interfered w/ us & the att'y. watching, & then they cancelled it.
