Why Does Anyone Care?

Up at the crack of noon (Or 1300 or so.) to the sight of clear skies over the Southland. No rain for Oscar™®©, then.
We're still holding out for lightning from the clear blue sky, or perhaps a plague of locusts, but will settle for manly counter-programming somewhere on telebision this evening. Please.
