Rain has struck the "Southland;" the only thing more cliched than the hysteria of STORMWATCH 2009!1! on the local news is dilrods like us bitching about it.
We for one welcome our new hydro-lords, their below 60 temps., heavy rain & wind.
Just getting the stepped-on palm dates off the sidewalks requires high-powered water blasters. Cleaning the actual scum is sisyphean, & even the couple of inches expected probably won't wash too many mansions into the Pacific.
You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to have an attorney present while you are commenting. If you cannot afford an attorney, you are "Shit Outta Luck" (SOL). Anything you type here can & may be used against you in a court of law or in a personal "beat-down" administered by a staff member or "associate" of this "web log."
