Blood On The Sheriff's Hands

Why didn't they commit him? PTSD gunman 'fired a bullet through the wall of his mother's home in April and spent hours holed up inside before police coaxed him out' but he was CLEARED by mental health specialists

  • In April, police went to gunman Ian Long's home in Newbury Park, California
  • Neighbors say they heard crashes and gunshots coming from inside the house
  • They feared for his mother Colleen so called the police and Long engaged in a standoff
  • The neighbors say it took several hours before police got him to leave the house
  • Mental health specialists were called but they decided not to commit him
  • Under 5150 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code, anyone who is deemed mentally unfit and a danger to themselves or others can be committed
  • Police will not say why they decided that Long did not fit this description
  • On Wednesday night, he killed 12 people then himself at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks
  • Neighbors say he was known to suffer PTSD after returning from Afghanistan
  • They say he was 'hell to live with' and 'terrified' his long-suffering mother
  • Veterans Affairs told DailyMail.com on Friday that Long was never enrolled in any of its healthcare programs
Complete bullshit. In 2006, this reporter was 5150'd just for pulling out an AR-7 & beginning to assemble it so I could kill my damn mother. Didn't even get the AR-7 assembled & probably wouldn't have been a threat to anyone but that bitch if I had. But this guy fires a round, barricades himself inside, yada, & totally gets away w/ it.

Maybe if Ventura County Sheriff Dean & his pig flunkies had handled this properly the Sheriff's fishing buddy, Deputy whatever his name was (as if I fucking care) wouldn't be a "dead hero". Nor would any of the others. Good job, Sheriff. Nothing can clean your hands, you incompetent pig.

Read on. Mr. Ex-Marine Machine Gunner was a total dipshit & obvious trouble waiting to happen. Take me as an example; we're all "law-abiding" citizens until that moment when we've had just about enough of your gawd-damned shit & aren't going to take one more fucking second of it, damn the consequences.
