50 Yrs. 50!

Antoine Senni (center) is surrounded by friends as he emerges from Olivier Cave near Nice, France,
on April 5, 1965, after spending 125 days alone without a timepiece or calendar in a scientific experiment
to determine the effect of such solitude on the human mind and body. Josy Laurey (right), a nurse,
spent 88 days in the same operation earlier in the year. Michel Siffre (top left) headed the operation. AP

Even w/ reduced blood pressure I doubt I'll be around so ...

When the big rains finally come I'm guessing most of Calif. this side of the Sierra Nevada will be washed into the ocean anyway.

I like the guy photographing & reporting his neighbor. People will be shooting each other over crap like that even before the real wars start.

Hey, how's all that Salt River reclamation working out over there? Just asking.

Yeah, I don't think there's much chance I'll be around for fifty more...

Last time I checked there was still plenty of water in Tempe Town Lake (crappy video of the dam burst).
