There Are No Accidents

America's youth resist parental fascism & enforce politeness.
Hartt said he didn't hear the gunshot but saw the aftermath. He said the friend Thomas was visiting is also a military veteran who keeps a loaded gun for protection.
If you keep a loaded gun for protection, maybe you should reëxamine what you do or how you live. But in fairness to guns, there is a little boy in Arizona whose father will never abuse him (again?).

Two Further Angles

The ha-ha irony of a "special forces" veteran surviving Iraq & coming home only to lose his life to his son's exercise of Second Amendment rights, & how police dep'ts. refuse to hold people responsible & accountable.
Police say it's believed the visit was unannounced, which may explain why the gun was not secured with a child in the house.
Hypocritical enablers. We are not a lawyer, but as a crusader for justice this seems enough for indictment:
"I don't know that this individual had time to do so, but it certainly needs to be at the forefront of anybody's mind if they have a firearm and a child comes in," said Sgt. Brandon Bonney of Prescott Valley Police. "It needs to be priority number one to secure those weapons."
Are there no criminal negligence laws in that forsaken desert?

The only thing that can stop a bad 4 year old with a gun is a good 4 year old with a gun.

Now, how did the 4 year old become radicalized?
