Dead Guys

Life of Beefheart through a socialist lens, maybe.

An obit we missed from Richard Cromelin, whose work we've dug over the yrs. It could be good/interesting.

And something just pointless from the Times. We could do a better job (Don't hold your breath.) or at least contextualize some of the locations.

Also dead, & from about the same cultural era (at least age cohort) David "The Late Ricky's Older Brother" Nelson, whom we encountered a couple of times (Or just once?) in the mid-'70s while he was producing & directing commercials & we were dicking around in the music video biz.

'Cause, y'know, if somebody w/ whom we were actually once in the same room (or even on the same sidewalk) dies, that's interesting. And important.

He who dies after everyone else has lost their toys, wins?

He who has stolen everybody else's toys & outlives them gets a momentary respite from the voices in his head that just never stop.
