Central To The Point On His Head

Jonah Goldberg, who's apparently still in competition for the "World's Laziest Dude w/ a Goatee" title, will not be dealing w/ David Neiwert again because Jonah's already put Neiwert in his place, mostly w/ the very arguments in his "Liberal Fascism" book that some "serious" people are now saying is perhaps less than truthful, accurate or connected to reality. This must be what is meant by "central to my point."

The original point being that J. G.'s self-described polemic (Not scholarly!) was the result of His Majestic Whininess deciding he'd been called a fascist one time too many (It does hit a little close to home, we bet.) therefore, he would damn well "prove" that liberals were fascists, because Hillary Clinton, for example.

Yet Goldberg complains that Neiwert setting up & introducing an internet discussion is just unfair, because Neiwert looks for fascism on the right, where, if any is found, it's no threat, or doesn't really exist, the Posse Comitatus being just a bunch of good ol' boys who only want you to leave them alone, & who will defend to your death their right to be left alone.
